Do you ship?
We are only accepting in-person and pick-up in-store orders at this time.
We may look to expand this in the future, where shipping would be calculated based on your location and the items in your order.
If you have a one-off request for another way to receive your order (ex. domestic shipping or coordinating a hand-off at the Bern main station) send us a message on WhatsApp to inquire.
What is the return policy?
View our return policy here. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items, primarily food products. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to prepare your order as soon as possible. Once your order has processed, you will receive an email with further information.

About Us
Peak & Paw is the brainchild of Stephanie, a lifelong adventurer and former professional sailor who spent her career at the intersection of operations and problem solving, from travel and tourism to digital transformation at a Global Fortune 10 company. She has explored all 50 US states and more than 40 countries worldwide. She came to Switzerland in 2024 for her MBA at IMD, fell in love with the country, and stayed for the nature, the culture, and the cheese.
Her partner in all of it is Jane, who has been on the trail with her since 2020. Together they have crossed the United States coast to coast twice and explored nine European countries.
Six years of adventuring together taught them what works, what fails at kilometre twelve, and what nobody bothers to make. Peak & Paw is the answer to that: gear chosen because it has been tested, not because it fills a shelf. We will also rent, so you do not have to buy gear for one weekend in the Oberland. And you can ask us anything, because we have done the border crossings, the mountain huts, and the long drives ourselves - and solving problems is Stephanie's favorite thing in the world (behind Jane, of course).
